  Daughter went in for 1st time because usual salon not avail and had event to go to this eve. She has normally medium brown hair and friend put a black box dye on her that was spotty so she wanted it colored back to her regular medium brown hair. My daughter showed them the color she wanted. Not only did she not get the color but it was pretty much the same color she went in with maybe a shade lighter and had to fix because roots came out yellow/orange. Don't think she should have been charged for the coloring because it was essentially the same color and not what she asked for.
